Can ultramon mirror a primary monitor on 2 monitors? When i try to mirror it says I must remove a previous mirror. I have the trial version to see if it will work so that may be the problem.

This will work fine, also with the trial version.
Assuming you have 3 monitors, with #1 being the primary monitor, you would first configure monitor 2 to mirror monitor 1, then monitor 3 to mirror #1 as well.
