I have a Dell Latitude laptop that is plugged into a port replicator. I am trying to run two monitors at the same time. Both of my screens are showing the same image. I can't seem to figure out how to get the screens to show two different screens. The one screen mirrors the other. I have gone to settings, but it doesn't give me any options to fix the problem. Any suggestions.

If you go to Display Properties > Settings, do you have two monitors listed, 1 and 2?
If yes, select the second monitor and check 'Extend my Windows desktop...'.
