I'm was using a television as my secondary monitor through the s-vidia slot on my GPU, but everytime I went to maximise the visualisations on Windows Media Player on the secondary screen, it would only maximise on the main desktop. Any ideas how to get it running in the full screen mode on the television?

UltraMon won't help with this.
One thing you could do is enable the video mirroring feature of the video card, any video playing on the primary monitor would then get mirrored fullscreen on the secondary monitor/TV.
