I would like to set up a "Home Theater PC" were I could do minor web surfing, play DVD's, MPG's and most importantly MAME and other emulators on a TV. What video card, or combination of cards would allow me to do this with a fair amount of ease. I was thinking that I would have to have a regular PC monitor as primary and the TV as secondary. Any Suggestions?

Do you want to use the monitor and TV at the same time? If not, you could just get any card with TV-out, and switch between the monitor and TV as needed.
