Is there a way to disable IE's Autoscrolling feature, so as not to conflict with WheelMoveWnd? I'm using a generic optical wheel mouse with default Windows XP drivers.

I don't know if this is possible, but for me WheelMoveWnd still works fine with IE even if the autoscroll icon appears when I click the wheel, I tested with IE6 on XP.
