I have used UltraMon many times in the past on different systems, but installing it on this latest computer has brought up a few problems:
-Can't move maximized windows
-Windows title bar buttons missing
-Windows menu bar items missing
I just installed it today and these features have never worked. I have gone through all the settings and everything seems fine. Reinstalling didn't help. However, I setup hot keys to move windows and other things. These work fine.
This is a pretty bare-bones setup of XP Pro and all I've got running is Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition and Novell Netware.

If you move an application to the other monitor does its taskbar button get moved as well, or does it always stay on the same taskbar?
