Hi,
I have a Sony Viao laptop, with an GeForce 6400 graphics card. I can't seem to get the VGA output right on both screens.
Example: when using powerpoint I see the video playing on the external screen, but not on my laptop display.
I tried many things already in the settings, is it a driver problem maybe? Can somebody help me out?

doesn't sound like a driver problem. in fact, it sounds like the driver is working 100% correctly.
powerpoint allows slideshows to be displayed on the secondary screen. under slide show - set up show there is a tab called 'Multiple Monitors'. look at what you have configured for “Display slide show on”
