In 32 bit xp it worked fine, but now in x64 when I enable the smart taskbar for the second monitor, it's outline appears briefly like it's loading then disappears completely. Any bright ideas?

Just noticing the send window to other monitor aren't there either. So basically nothing works except for single screen maximize :)

Please try the following:
- close UltraMon
- open Task Manager and select the Processes tab
- restart UltraMon
Do you see both UltraMon.exe and UltraMonTaskbar.exe under Processes?

My 2nd monitor taskbar appears in WinXP x64, but seems to need constant manual refreshing, and, as reported at the Win 64 bit compatibility resource at http://www.ukgamer.com/index.php4?action=compat , the 2nd monitor taskbar will not stop mirroring when the standard taskbar option is selected. Any way to make it work?

Do you have version 2.6 installed? Earlier releases don't support Windows x64.

Make sure to uninstall 2.5 before installing the 64-bit version of 2.6, upgrades from the 32-bit to the 64-bit version aren't supported.
