i enabled smart taskbar, but both bars appear right on top of one another on one of my monitors.
they both display the correct programs for the respective monitors, but i cannot figure out how to move one of the them to the other monitor.

nevermind. i'm an idiot and didn't unlock my second taskbar. once i did i just dragged over to the other monitor.
