Win2k
Geforce 2 gts 12.41
2 4mb matrox milleniums
tbird 800mhz

I'm thinking of getting a voodoo 3 3000 and a voodoo 3 2000 to replace my 2 matrox milleniums as backup cards. I want to know if this would let me play MS Flight Sim 2000 with all 3 monitors in decent 800x600 resolutions. When i don't enable hardware support it runs at like 5 fps. When I enable hardware support and only use my primary monitor it's fine. Does anybody know if the voodoo 3's could power a window of the game. Will they use my cpu or the video card?

The CPU will have to do the work, FS2000 doesn't use 3D acceleration on secondary monitors. See the Guide for more information.

oh that really sucks. I guess i'll wait til i upgrade from my 800 tbird to a 2ghz tbird before I start playing in 3 monitors. 1 monitor w/ hardware accel and the dashboard in another monitor will have to be good enough for now. thanks for the info.
