Heres a bug for you to squash.
There is a difference in the height between the standard windows taskbar in monitor one and the ultramon taskbar in monitor two.
This is really annoying when using ultramon with an app expanded across two monitors.
Im not sure if this affects the application but in addition to this bug it would be nice if you could fool the application to believe it was maximised when ultra mon has expanded the application scroxss two screens as this does affect how some applications behave when tabbing through them.

The height issue usually happens if the classic theme is used, and the language bar isn't enabled on the Windows taskbar.
As a workaround, you could specify a custom height for the UltraMon taskbar, see the Release Notes for details.
Regarding desktop-maximized windows: I'm not sure if this is possible, but plan to look into it for UltraMon 3.
