I currently use Stardock's WindowBlinds 5 and was wondering if it is possible to get the switch screen and maximize to desktop icons to be visible in skins other than the default windows xp one.

Currently that's not supported, I'm going to look into better support for WindowBlinds skins for UltraMon 3.
