When i try to mirrr 2 samsung monitors on a ATI radeon 9800 it says "Failed to set up mirror target monitors. Restarting your system should fix this problem. If you already restarted your system, please check your mirroring settings." I restart and it doesen't fix this

This usually happens if the primary monitor is used as the mirror target.
You'll need to change the mirroring settings so that the secondary monitor is mirroring the primary monitor, and not the other way around.
For example if the primary monitor is #1, monitor 1 should mirror no monitor, and monitor 2 should mirror monitor 1.
