Please post the system information from UltraMon's About dialog, to access the dialog right-click the UltraMon icon in the system tray and select About from the menu.

Thanks for the information, that looks good.
If you select Wallpaper from the UltraMon menu, does UltraMon prompt you to adjust the wallpaper?
Do you have a wallpaper or virtual desktop manager installed, or desktop enhancement/custom shell software?

No ultramon does not prompt me for anything.
in fact - when I select options to stretch, stretch proportional, etc.. - preview section in Wall paper dialog - shows how the image going to look like. But when I click OK button, evey monitor has exactly the same wallapaper and wallpaper settings.
For example if I select some image and configure it to be displayed in the centre - preview shows that half of image is on one monitor and another half is on the second one. But when I click ok, both monitors show image centered on each of them and moreover image is somehome shrunk vertically.
I do not have any enhancement soft installed, nether of any wallpaper/desktop managers,
Cheers,
Boris

If you go to Display Properties > Desktop, is your UltraMon wallpaper selected as the desktop background, and is Position set to Tile?

Guys,
I do believe the behavviur of ultramon described by my has something to do with security settings in our office. When IT ppl preinstalled the software for me I had Display Properties->Desktop do not alow me to change the wallpaper. Browse button and Position drop down select box are disabled - i cannot press them. I found a fix on internet to modify the registry settings as listed below. I wonder if it has anything to do with that?
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\ActiveDesktop] "NoChangingWallPaper"=dword:00000000 "NoAddingComponents"=dword:00000000 "NoComponents"=dword:00000000 "NoDeletingComponents"=dword:00000000 "NoEditingComponents"=dword:00000000 "NoCloseDragDropBands"=dword:00000000 "NoMovingBands"=dword:00000000 "NoHTMLWallPaper"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] "NoDispBackgroundPage"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] "NoDispScrSavPage"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer] "NoActiveDesktopChanges"=hex:00,00,00,00 "NoActiveDesktop"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System] "NoDispCPL"=dword:00000000
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer] "NoSaveSettings"=dword:00000000

Gent's Thanks a lot for your help.
I have been able to resolve the issue - windows display properties->desktop - has been stretching background - thus it was taking a precedence over the ultramon wallpaper settings. Since it was disabled - i had to go to the registry and HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Control Pabel -> Desktop and set values: wallapaperstyle=0 Tilewalpaper=1
Thanks again

Thanks for the update, looks like UltraMon wasn't able to set the tile option, which would cause the behavior you've seen.
