Whenever I play my favorite game, Call of Duty 2, on my PC, it always opens on the primary monitor. How can I get CoD2 to always open up on my secondary monitor as a default?

Set your second monitor as the primary. Games that are not runned in window mode will always open on the primary display (not display 1 but which ever display has make this my primary display checkmarked)
