I'm running Linux first off, so editing my xorg.conf is common.
I've got two FX5200 cards; One PCI and one AGP. All three monitors are CRT (3 new LCD monitors will be ordered once I get tripple working).
I can either run two monitors off the AGP card or one monitor on each video card.
No matter what I change it just changes where the second monitor turns on at, but never all three at once.

P.S. Yes I'm running xinerama and it's awesome.
