Whenever I play a fullscreen game such as CS and come out, my wallpapers disappear. I’m using different wallpapers for each monitor. Anyone know what’s going on and how to resolve this issue?

This seems to be an issue with the video card driver, another user reported the same problem with 3D applications and installing the latest drivers for the video card fixed the problem for him.

Hummm strange.
This has happened on 2 cards that I had. I used to have a Radeon 9800 Pro and did this, I know how a GeForce 6800 and it does the same, I have the most up to date Nvidia drivers.

Do you have the same problem when using a 3D screen saver such as 3D Pipes, or only with games?

I have now tested with the UT2004 demo, but haven't been able to reproduce this issue.
Test system was Windows XP SP2 with UltraMon 2.6. I tested with the game using the same resolution as the primary monitor and a lower one, and also tested with both a regular desktop and Active Desktop.
Some things you could check:
- are you using any other software which manages wallpapers and might for some reason interfere?
- does the problem go away if the 'adjust wallpaper when display configuration changes' option is disabled under wallpaper options?
