Hi,
I'd like to stretch a race game over 2 monitors, so that 2 people can have an own view, instead of a splitscreen on 1 monitor, is that possible??

Do you mean so that two people will see the same thing, on two different monitors? If, then you need to clone your primary display to the second monitor.

he means have two seperate displays so each player gets a full screen. Only possible if the game supports it or if you set can set the dualview moe to span (would be one wide desktop instead of two seperate desktops) then when the game draws something fullscreen it would be on both screens (spanning them) and the split screen should be in the middle ;P

Unless the game specifically supports doing that (most don't) you're gonna encounter horrid framerates and/or notice that it doesn't work at all.
You'd have to force the game to run in windowed mode, then set its resolution to the resolution of both displays combined. (like 2048x768 for 2 1024x768 monitors)
If the game supports OpenGL, use that, it's your best bet at pulling it off, but don't expect miracles.
