I am currently in need of something that can display a video over 8 projectors. They will be seperated and strewn around a large room. Ideally I would also like 2 control monitors, because we will need to control the projectors live. Doe sanyone have any ideas on where I should even start? Thanks.

If you plan to display the same image on all monitors, you should be able to use a video distribution unit (amplified splitter), like they use in computer stores to display the same image on multiple monitors.

Unfortunately, it will be one video displayed over the 8 projectors. =/

We've discussed multi-output video cards in earlier threads. Maybe a couple of 4-out cards, and a regular 2-out card would work, or maybe one 8-out card and a regular 2-out card. We've also discussed special cards designed for video displays across many monitors, but be prepared to pay lots of $ for the specialized cards.
Out of curiosity, what resolution is the video going to be?
