Hi,
Everytime I boot up to Windows (XP SP2), still gives me that error message, and I would have to start Ultramon manually.
I went to the registry and changed AutoStartDelay from 20-90 (Decimal) and still no luck.
Any other suggestions?

Please try a longer delay, if you can start it manually, automatic startup will also work fine if the delay is right.
