Hi - my windows taskbar is burdened down with loads of additional toolbars (address bar, google dektop, desktop switchers etc etc) - It'd be great to park some of these on the ultramon taskbar on my 2nd monitor... Can it be done?

Support for this will be in UltraMon 3, but please note that not all toolbars will work with UltraMon.
