I'd like to see a feature added where you can disable the ability to move the mouse from one monitor to the other. Perhaps add the function to hold a hotkey to 'unlock' that feature so you can move between monitors.

Have you tried the lock mouse hotkeys? You can lock the mouse to the primary monitor or active window, but not to a secondary monitor.
