after installing Ultramon and rebooting my system looks ugly, the settings drops to 4 colors I think, and to repair it I must uninstall ultramon and reinstalling my Asus video card driver.
here is what it looks like:

and yes, I updated video card driver...

Uninstalling UltraMon's mirroring feature should fix the problem, seems to be a compatibility issue with some video card driver versions.
To do this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on Change, then deselect the mirroring feature on the Customize Installation screen of the setup.
