I'm chiefly interseted in ultramon for the smart taskbar. It is really nice, but I wish I could control the placement of the taskbar on the secondary monitor.
I usually only use a vertical task bar, but if I'm using two landscape monitors I want those two on the "outer" edges, i.e. on on the right. Sometimes I like to rotate one of them to portrait mede for reading etc, and in that case I want a horizontal bar since a vertical one eats too much space. So I need both individual alignments and the ability to reassign it on impulse (e.g. by dragging it like the normal taskbar).

To do this, right-click the UltraMon taskbar and make sure Lock Taskbar isn't checked, then grab the taskbar's bottom-right corner and move it to the desired screen edge.
