All,
While using 2.7.1 I find that the taskbar of any application used under the secondary monitor slips under the smart taskbar, when the app window is maximized. I've checked the general setting 'Take taskbars into account when maximizing" but no luck.... Any ideas???

Most likely the taskbar is no longer set to be always on top, to fix this right-click the taskbar and check Always on Top.

I have the exact same problem. I found out that if i kill the explorer.exe process and start a new the problem is solved. However only for a while.
