Hello,
I'm not sure if Ultramon helps me with that, but what I would like to do is open new windows on the screen where the mouse is (ie if I open an attachment from outlook, I want it to open on the same screen that outlook is on).
Is there some way to do this?

UltraMon doesn't support this, application positioning is only supported for applications which get launched via a customized shortcut (position settings configured under shortcut properties > UltraMon - Window tab).
