i have tried setting up the two monitor, two wallpaper thing.
It never seems to want to show a seperate wallpaper in each window - it always wants to either show one (repeated in both windows or stretched across both) or show it in one and a colour/gradient fill in the other.
Help!

Make sure 'a different background/image for each monitor' is selected, then select the monitor whose background you want to change and click on Browse to select a picture. Repeat this for each monitor.
