Hi,
Hoping someone has experienced something similar to us in the past who can point me in the direction of a fix.
We have a problem with our Groupwise mail client. We have groupwise set up on the primary monitors and when we click minimize the program minimizes to the task bar as it should do. However when that window is restored/Maximized the extra icons for ultramon (i.e the switch screen and expand across the screens are missing) and the standard Windows buttons are missing (i.e the minimize, restore/cascade and close buttons) on the top title bar are missing from the Groupwise window.
I can provide a screen shot if this is helpful.
We only have Groupwise set up to maximize to the one monitor desktop. Is it a problem with window positioning?

Are you using UltraMon to position the mail client?
For example via custom settings for the application's shortcut under shortcut properties > UltraMon - Window tab?

I am having the same issue with GroupWise. After GW has been opended and minimized, when I open from the task bar, by default it stretches across both screens. I was not using the GW Properties/UltraMon Window settings - I did however attempt to correct by setting them - this did not resolve the issue either. Any other suggestions?

UltraMon can't help with this, looks like Groupwise maximizes across the desktop instead of only to the monitor it is on, this would need to be fixed in the application.
UltraMon should be able to resize the window initially, but you would probably have the same problem again every time you maximize the application.
To do this, set the Show option on the UltraMon - Window tab to Normal, then specify a custom size.
