tnt2 ultra wont work as primary display,has warning on secondary display icon that the drivers dont support multiple monitors,detonator 12.41 drivers.
But set up as secondary works perfectly including tv out.(second card is a matrox mystique.)
Any ideas?
I really need to use the ultra as primary.

i've got my tnt2 ultra as the primary ...?
detonator 4 drivers ..
tnt2m64 AGP secondary
and tnt2 ultra PCI as primary ..

Almighty have you ever tried to get the agp card to work as primary display ? It maybe the agp causing my problem. Theoretically it would be faster any way.

Yes i have gotten my AGP card to work as the primary. The reason my PCI is the primary is because the tnt2 ultra is faster ..thats all.
My bios setting allows me to boot either the PCI or AGP.
NOW i do notice that win2k has numbered my monitors AGP (1) and PCI (2) ..EVEN though PCI is my primary. I just went into properties and designated PCI as my primary.
other than that I did not have any complications.
