I have UltraMon installed on my laptop and when docked, I use a different LCD as my primary monitor with all my icons in their places. When I undock and use only the laptop screen, the icons obviously get all jumbled. Is there a way to have two sets of icon position memories so I don't have to "Restore Icons" every time I dock? Automatically sensing the different resolutions and icon location sets would be ideal but maybe that's asking too much.

Currently that's not supported.
What you could do is manually save/load multiple sets of icon positions, see this thread for more information.
