when I go to set up the second monitor all I get is the single display option, I can switch between the two but not display both at the same time. any ideas?

You have to enable dualview it's gonna ask to reboot say yes then go back in and you should see an option for cloning or spannign then it will get you to reboot again. You have to reboot if you choose no I will reboot later it most likely won't work.
