Have an issue with the screensaver feature. First, it's stuck on 30 minutes, and I can't change it. If I change it to say, 1 minute, click OK. I'll go right back to configure, and it's reset back to 30 minutes.
2nd, even though the password protected checkbox is checked in the Options tab, it does not password protect (according to a user).
Any help is much appreciated.

Can you change the timeout and password protection via Display Properties > Screen Saver?

No, the options for that are grayed out in the normal ScreenSaver tab. Screensaver is set to Ultramon. Even when changing from Ultramon to something else, it is still grayed out. It's like UltraMon has locked those settings or something.

Sounds like those options have been disabled via policy settings, you would need to contact the system administrator to unlock those settings.
UltraMon can't lock/unlock screen saver options.
