My tasks including Start have moved from my primary monitor to a secondary. How do I get it to go back?

Drag and drop the whole thing. You might have to right-click and unlock the taskbar first, then lock it again when you have it where you want it.

Thanks, Eric, but I can't move the primary task bar by dragging it. The others, yes, but not it. Any more ideas?
