Hi, I searched but couldn't find an answer to this exact problem. I'm trying to get my mouse locked to my primary monitor all the time, not just when I press a hot key. Is there an option to do this? I have also tried it with the hot key but it seems to go back to being unlcocked after not very long which is rather annoying.

Currently that's not supported, you would need to use the hotkey.
Did you notice what caused the mouse to get unlocked, for example running a specific application?

This happens with Media Center.

Another problem I have with it (forgot to add) it lets the mouse go about 1 pixel onto screen 2 as well meaning my mouse can't just flick up to the X button to close a window. I have it set with 0 pixel margin but still goes over a bit.

One thing you could try is to use the 'Lock mouse to active window' hotkey with Media Center. This hotkey uses a different way to lock the mouse.
Regarding the margin: there is no real fix for this, but the margin will extend inwards, so setting a non-zero margin might help with the mouse still getting moved over to the other monitor a bit.

this may be useful for me too...
i'm using 4 monitors and plus a TV. normally my tv is turned off. i'm turning it on when i'm going to watch a movies or run a winamp visual...
it'll be nice if i could prevent mouse from crossing between displays..
and games of course...

Would you want to prevent the mouse from getting moved to the TV?
If yes, you could change the position of the TV in Display Settings so that it only touches another monitor in a single corner.
This way you would need to move the mouse exactly through that screen corner to move it to the TV.
