I just recently installed this app and noticed that I need to install the Elecard player to get the screen saver to play VOB's on both screens. However, when it runs it displays them at the wrong aspect ratio (4:3 instead of 16:9.) I have tried changinf aspect ratio in the player using both the default, and forcing other modes and nothing has worked. I have also tried the settings within the screen saver as well. What is it that am I overlooking?

It's probably an issue with the Elecard MPEG decoder, I tested a widescreen VOB file with the PowerDVD decoder and the aspect ratio was correct.
Do you have a download link for one of the files you're using? The VOB I used for testing caused the Elecard MPEG player to freeze.
Regarding the issue with MPEG playback only on a single monitor: this happens if the MPEG decoder uses video overlays (most do), most dualhead video cards only support a single overlay at a time.
