Menus in true launch are being delayed by ultramon. Trying to activate a menu locks the computer until the menu is displayed. This can be up to 10 seconds.

Does the problem go away if you close UltraMon?
I can't reproduce this issue, I tested with UltraMon 2.7.1 and True Launch Bar 4.1 on Windows XP SP2.
Right-clicking the toolbar or an icon on the toolbar to show the menu worked fine, the menu opened immediately.

Yes it works fine after shutting down. It looks as though the issue happens with windowblinds 5.5/true launch 4.1/ultramon

Might be a conflict between hooks used by UltraMon and WindowBlinds, please try if the problem goes away if you close UltraMon, then restart it.

Once I restart the same issue appears. This also slows down the start menu items such as programs, control panel...
I tested this on another computer with nvidia video and it works fine. Could this be an ATI issue?

If you have ATI HydraVision enabled, disabling it might be worth a try. HydraVision probably also uses hooks.

I am getting the same exact problem with the same combination of software but on nVidia HW. Shutting down Ultramon makes it go away immediately and turning it back on causes it to re-appear. Seems to be a problem directly related to Ultramon.
