Does anyone have a solution to keep Windows 2000 from "forgetting" my video preference settings in the Twinview tab? I set Clone and the second monitor is TV Monitor. When I restart Win2K (leaving television turned on), Win2K forgets the Twinview settings and I'm back to just one monitor.
I'm experiencing this on a new Dell Inspiron 8000 laptop with the Nvidia GeForce2 Mobile chipset. Win2K is service pack 2, drivers are those that came with the PC from Dell (which I assume are the Win2K service pack signed drivers).
Would UltraMon help in this instance?
