Lets say I have a 30inch monitor but I want it to act like 2 monitors side by side so if I move a window to the left half of the monitor and maximize it it covers the left half and if I move another window to the right and maximize it it covers the left half
Is that possible with Ultramon?

UltraMon doesn't have built-in support for this, but you could do this with the VMonMove/MaximizeWnd scripts.
There's also a dedicated application for this, SplitView.
