Hi, I have the following problem, when I want to enable the secondary monitor my system sometimes resets as soon as I click on it.
My 2nd monitor is a 19" CRT from dell and my main is a 19" tft from philips, the card is a ati radeon 9800 1x vga 1x dvi. I'm running win xp sp2 and as far as I know latest ati drivers.

Sounds like a display driver issue.
To see the error message when the system crashes, go to Control Panel > System > Advanced > Startup and Recovery and uncheck 'Automatically restart'.
