Hey!
I have 9800 pro graphic card which supports dual monitors and for now LG L17130S monitor. My system runs windows Vista and I would like to buy second monitor (SM205BW) that is 20" and widescreen... could you tell me any issues i could excpect or anything that would prevent this from working?
will different resolutions work properly?...

I'm running a vista laptop with a 21" flat panel monitor. The laptop screen is 1200x768 and the external is 1600x1200.. Works great!

I'm trying same thing with xp and doesn't work. I don't know where's the problem. My laptop's screen is widescreen and my tft 20" not. Is that some kind of problem? When I use resolutions 1200*768 and 1600*1200, smaller reolution works great in laptop, but in tft I have to scroll down or up little bit that I can see the whole screen.

That could be related to your videocard; I'm using one 24" 16:10 widescreen @ 1920x1200 and one 20" 4:3 @ 1600x1200 without any problems using my nVidia 7900GS
