The Smart Taskbar was working fine for a few days but then just totally disappeared after a restart. As far as I can recall the only thing that changed since the last restart was that I installed my Contour ShuttlePro driver.
UltraMonTaskbar.exe is running, but the Windows are all tied to the main Vista taskbar and the Ultramon taskbar is nowhere to be found. UltraMonTaskbar.exe starts and stops properly if I cycle the Smart Taskbar checkbox. I've uninstalled and reinstalled UltraMon a couple times now, deleting all configuration data (that I could find) between each.
Any ideas? I'm happy to dig up any information that will be useful for you.
Vista 32-bit, running Aero. Still doesn't work if I turn off Aero.
Here's a handle dump from Process Explorer
