I'd been running just fine for awhile...
But then all of a sudden my open programs aren't showing up on the taskbar for my primary monitor when the secondary is enabled. Moving a window to the secondary shows up fine in the taskbar.
When I click on 'Enable' Smart Taskbar, I see my open windows flash on the taskbar for a half second before disappearing again.
I noticed in my registry, I only have folders for 'Shortcuts' and 'Wallpaper'...seems I'm missing some things? I have AdAware/SpyBot, but I don't think they are blocking anything.
Repair/reinstall didn't solve anything. Any other ideas?

Please try if resetting the Smart Taskbar configuration fixes the problem, see Smart Taskbar: missing taskbar or taskbar shows tasks from wrong monitor for more information on doing this.
The registry key you're looking at is probably HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Realtime Soft\UltraMon, most of the UltraMon settings are stored under HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Realtime Soft\UltraMon.

Yeah, I'm an idiot...that totally solved it...thanks!
And I'll be putting in my expense report to purchase UltraMon this week. Great stuff.
