Hello,
After installing Ultramon and restarting my pc doesn't recognize my video-card driver any-more. I get a screen with a resolution of 800x600 16bit. Instead of my normal screen(s) 1280x1024 32bit(2x).
I tried the last and the one before that (ultramon) and both give me the same problem. After rebooting I need to reinstall my video-card driver and when rebooting again I get the same problem, unless I remove ultramon and install the driver and restart.
I hope you understand what I mean, and hopefully can give me a solution to this problem so I can use ultramon.
I got a dual-screen setup. nvidia 8800GTS. If you need more info let me know.
Greetings, Roel

This seems to be a compatibility issue between UltraMon's mirroring feature and some video card driver versions.
Removing the mirroring feature will fix the problem. To do this, go to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs, select UltraMon from the list, click on Change, then deselect the mirroring feature on the Customize Installation screen.

Thank you that has solved my problem. At least for what I can see...
A question not related to this problem. Is it possible to put the clock + icons (right part) of the task-bar (default) on the other screen ? And let the start button + quick start menu stay on the default screen (task-bar) ??

Sorry for the dubble post, just show that it wasn't supported jet. But will be looked in for version 3.
Hopefully you get it done, this program is really use-full.

I also have dual screens and an 8800GTS with 97.92 and it works fine for me. Perhaps there is something else causing the problem. Do you also use an nForce motherboard?

I use an Asus P5W DH Deluxe motherboard. But the problem is fixed now and the only thing I wanted was the smart taskbar. ;)
