This feature is already on the Ultramon context menu, but that's not too helpful: if the primary monitor isn't working,* you can't get to the tray icon in the first place. I've mastered the art of changing the display properties by hand from a secondary monitor (lots of "Alt-space, M, arrow keys"...) but it's risky and takes while.
What do you think?
*turned off (projector), broken, resolution out of range, whatever
