Hello,
there is an issue with function called "Lock mouse to active window". When you set a hotkey in Hotkeys for this function, you are able to quit from the locked window when there is a scroll bar in the window and you click on it. I am not sure if it is by desing or it's a bug.

Which version of Windows are you using?
I tested on Vista 64-bit, but haven't been able to reproduce the issue.
Locking the mouse to the active window worked fine with IE and Notepad, and clicking on the scrollbar didn't remove the mouse lock.
