When a program changes (take for example MSN) the start menu item flashes.
What bothers me is when i have a full screen msn convo on my second monitor, when i receive a message, the msn convo on the start menu for that monitor still flashes.
I guess what i am suggesting is to register the application as active (even though the program on the other monitor is) when it is full screen and stop the flash.
Would this be possible/hard?

While im at it. Something else i think would be nice, is when your mouse is on monitor 1, when you alt tab, it is only for programs on that monitor, and the same for monitor two.
i guess ill get used to it, and im just trying to uase my old habbits, but that would be a nice feature.

Would you only want to flash the task button for applications which aren't currently visible/in the foreground?
Per-monitor ALT+TAB will be considered for UltraMon 3, don't know yet if this can actually be done though.
