I have three monitors with two video cards. I'm trying to calibrate the colors with spyder 2 and the colorvision screen keeps going to monitor 1. Has anyone had any luck doing this?

I have just added a second monitor and had the same problem. So I unplugged the first (which was already calibrated) then calibrated the second on it's own and created a separate profile. I then used the profile chooser to select the correct profile for each at boot up. If the profile chooser isn't bundled with your version of Spyder2 (I use syder2 suite not express) Microsoft have an applet you can install that does a similar job. just google for

The third option in SpyderPRO software is "Select Display". Consider patching software?
