Hi,
I have 4 monitors using 256MB NVIDIA QUADRO NVS 440 GRAPHICS CARD BY PNY.
Using the identify monitors function my monitors are lined up in numerical order: 1, 2, 3 4 from left to right.
I want my primary monitor to be number 3 and I have set number 3 to be my primary monitor but my main taskbar with the start button etc is still on monitor 1.
How do I fix this?

Make sure the taskbar is unlocked, you can then drag it to the other monitor with the mouse.

As Christian said: Right-click, Unlock, Drag and drop wherever you want it (top, bottom, left, or right of any monitor), resize if desired, then right-click and re-lock.
