a gforce mx video card came with my new computer and it says it has twinview cababilities for dual monitors but there is only one connection and i wuz wondering if anyone knew anything about this and could explain it to mee

the cardmaker will decide if it will use the MX's feature of dual monitor support. In your case the manufacturer has not included this option. Cards that has this feature has two VGA out ports. they also cost more than the one without it.
