On my primary monitor, if I were to have 6 different Internet Explorer sessions open it would keep them as one toolbar "shortcut" where it would just show the number of sessions and if I clicked on it it would expand to let me choose which IE window I wanted to open. On my secondary monitor that's not the case -- if I were to have those same 6 IE sessions open it would have a separate toolbar "shortcut" for each one. Is there a way to change that?
